Dinner Dance

$10 Donation at the door
Location: San Moritz Lodge, Lake Gregory
Description: Spaghetti Dinner, Dance, Live and
Silent Auctions, Opportunity Drawings, Live music by Cindee Marklein and
friends. Open to Adults 18 and over.
Volunteers Needed: 80-100 Click here if

Volunteer Duties:
-We need someone that can
print flyers, also it would be nice to have some volunteers put the flyers
up throughout our mountain community.
-We need people to acquire
items for our auction and raffle
-We need people to pre
sell our dinner and dance tickets, also we need outlets that will sell
dinner tickets at their place of business.
-We need people to sell
our Opportunity drawing tickets for $1.00 each. The drawing will be held at
the dinner dance on the 6th. The winner will receive $500.00 and
need not be present to win. So these tickets can be sold to anyone,
anywhere.
-We need volunteers to set
up & decorate the San Moritz Lodge prior to the event on the 6th
-We need volunteers to
help in the kitchen, serve food and / or clean up
-We need people to break
down at the end of the event on the 6th
-We need shoppers for toys
and gifts at Target on Orange Show Road, Dec 12th 6:00 PM
-We need people to help
distribute the food and toys at Lake Gregory Elementary, on Dec 13th.

checks made payable to: “Mountain Kids Christmas Fund”, and mailed to PO Box 80,
Crestline, CA 92325
History: Since 1980 and the Panorama Fires, the
Mountain Kids Christmas Fund, Inc. has successfully provided food baskets and
new toys for over 5,000 families here on the mountain. This could not have been
accomplished without the generosity and endless hours of work by all those
involved.
Needed: We need volunteers for all phases of this
